30 day exercise challenge
Woke up late and a bit hungover.
Woke up a little depressed and weird or empty.
Not gonna be able to walk in the morning because of this.
Going to at night after work.

I walked 50 minutes tonight.
This was my first night walk. I actually enjoyed it. Before I went I was definitely feeling sad. And now, right now, I can say I don’t. Walks are definitey a good way to clear the mind. My day today just sort of felt empty. Emptiness in my chest. I was definitely feeling down today.
Late again posting this, but want to at least put something out.
